Hi, I am Sabine Matharu – I am a passionate business start-up and growth strategist, who specialises in helping women find their purpose and monetise their unique skills so that they can build a thriving business.
My signature program is “The Business Accelerator Mastermind” that teaches and supports entrepreneurs to implement an easy to follow methodology around how to build a long term profitable business without overwhelm and detours.
I also run “The Greatness Club”, which complements the work I do in my Mastermind, where I provide women a platform and springboard for visibility, networking and lead generation.
What is my background? I have had over 10 years of experience as a corporate leadership consultant and project manager and have coaches and trained 100s of people in leadership roles.

I cannot believe how quickly 2018 went. And what a year it was!
Starting off with no vision or a master plan, feeling lost and frustrated, to finding and unleashing my magic. Forming lots of new friendships, enjoying many hours of laughter and the creation of “out of the box” ideas, such as the monthly Online Speed Networking events. One of the most pivotal moments was an event that I attended last year, which inspired me to go “all out”. Next, I was looking for opportunities to become more visible and push myself out of my comfort zone. That is when I appeared as a guest on the Chris Burns show in March (www.beyourgps.com).
I was hugely inspired from what Chris was doing and it brought me back to my passion. I always loved supporting women and helping them to become visible. As such, I launched Reach For Greatness T.V. where we had 50,000+ views and 10,000+ organic engagements!
Within the space of 90 days I created an abundance of opportunities for my network of amazing entrepreneurial ladies and as a result attracted over 100 paying clients.
The high level coaching programme “The Business Accelerator Mastermind” was launched in September with 11 fabulous women.
“The Greatness Club” was founded in May, which is an extension to the TV and focuses on business support, growth, networking and community collaborations.
One of the projects that we kick started as part of the Greatness Club Collaborations last year was creating an inspirational book.
It is now coming to fruition as we are launching – “RISE – In Pursuit of Empowerment”, which is a collective of 25 incredible stories, featuring women entrepreneurs who share what challenges they were facing in personal and business life and how they managed to overcome these and hence want to inspire others.
Lastly, with everything we do at Reach For Greatness, it’s about helping women achieve a balance in life and business so that they can reach their full potential and live their greatness as well as helping charitable organisations that are in need of funding. In this way, we can do good together on a number of levels.

And now let me tell what this INTANGIBLE consists of. These are some of the essentials for any business even before it gets started.
1) Business Model (what you make or do) 2) Core Values 3) Main message of your business – which is authentic to you. 4) Why are you selling or doing this business? 5) What is the main thing that makes you stand out? 6) Vision 7) Your story 8) Personality 9) Customer Journey & experience 10) Promise
Is it all about your logo, your website, the colour palette you got done from your graphic designer… or is there something else that is required before the “tangible stuff?”
Branding is NOT ONLY about your logo, website or colour palette. It sure helps when it comes to bringing out – (what I refer to as) “the intangible stuff”. The intangible is KEY for your brand. It acts like a FOUNDATION for your business. It will evolve as your business grows year after year after year.
All of these are part of your business brand. The visuals follow thereafter. So your logo, website and design will only make sense when these 10 things are clear.
If you need help to figure out how to find the answers to the intangible essentials for your brand, you can use the following examples and then try to do the same activity for your business.
Business – Makeup products Product adjectives – Clean, chemical free, vibrant, colourful, glossy How it’s made – non-chemical, organic, natural, man-made Core Values – Quality, long-lasting, skin friendly. Personality – Fun, bold, active, romantic, earthy, etc.

Make a list of the adjectives (use a thesaurus for searching words) and keep writing them repeatedly. Filter the ones you like most and resonate with your personality and business.
This activity can help you to define the intangibles that can further create a visual in the form of a logo, brand colours, brand essence and website design etc. Now that the foundation is laid out, it is important to get the message across using visuals or images or your branded photographs.
Get your sparkle on, show the world where YOU belong. Yes, that’s the magic of having visuals work in favour for you and your business. They create the impact, the credibility, and the reliability factor to make your client come back looking for you every time.
Coaches, as an expert in your niche, it can be daunting to make a place for yourself in this noisy, ultra crowded online world. If you are planning to launch a coaching programme online, or your next mastermind or group coaching series then you do need to stay on top of things and have your launch assets fired up to convey your intention, your message, your story and most importantly to make the audience open their wallets for you!! Dreamy, right?
So we all know that a great copy supported with marketing/promotion can create a wave in front of your audience. It is so important to capture their attention for a few seconds initially, so that they stay longer to read your offer.
Studies say that “When people hear information, they’re likely to remember only 10% of that information three days later. However, if a relevant image is paired with that same information, people retained 65% of the information three days later.”
If you wish to remain in the mind of your client, then follow this strategy – visuals can leave an impact for 72 hours (3 days) and retain 65% of the info they read along with it.

THE #1 THING YOU NEED TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO 6 FIGURES USING VIDEO
I am about to share with you the FIRST STEP you need to effectively grow your business to 6 figures by using VIDEO. Stop running around in circles and following the masses don’t be average! Are you are ready to see results by implementing what you are about to learn? Get clear on wanting to use video and grow a strong mindset that will support your video strategy in the long run. This may sound weird but it is the #1 reason why so many video strategies fail. If you don´t take the time to set strong foundations, the whole plan will collapse. If you don’t create a habit of doing video, sooner or later, you will need time away from live streaming. You will feel the overwhelm due to having to create or the thought being visible or the fear of judgement.
So, my first teaching point is not what you think it is that you need to create professional looking videos. Let’s start with a solid and sustainable foundation. Before equipment, backdrops, styles of video, etc., you need to get comfortable with the idea of becoming visible and you need to COMMIT to doing it.
You can teach your brain to be ok with video. I am speaking from experience! Nobody was more petrified than I was a few months ago.
But if you follow the right steps, you WILL be able to rock your videos, grow your business and have a hell of a time while doing it.
Let’s get one thing clear, it is not enough to KNOW that you need to do video for your business to grow, you also need to develop a strong mindset that will allow you to be OK with becoming visible, being judged, being consistent and doing videos.
Do it even when you are tired or don’t feel like doing them and feeling totally overwhelmed by being visible and vulnerable hits home – and believe me – this will happen even to the most outgoing personalities!
This is when you can create your real breakthrough! By pushing the boundaries and expanding!
Too many people step out of their comfort zone the wrong way.
If you take the approach of the “shock therapy”, or “all or nothing”, you are setting yourself up for failure.
You would never sign up for a marathon if you hadn’t trained before, would you? In the same way, you cannot start live streaming daily, or even weekly if you have not done the proper training: what I call “Building your Video Muscle”.
Building a Video Muscle (or visibility mindset) is exactly the same as building any other muscle and creating a habit.
Here is how to do it: Make your brain get used to getting out of its comfort zone every single day, by taking smaller actions. Build up the courage step by step, so that your brain gets used to it and your comfort zone expands.
